Our Rates:
- $500/month + electric usage (metered)
- $150 deposit required at move in
Our location is ideal for commuting to work in Hot Springs, Benton, or the nearby areas. For off-road enthusiasts, we are the perfect location for visiting Hot Springs Off-Road Park and Carter Off-Road Park and we have plenty of room to park your RV and your toy trailer. We are a perfect base location for exploring the central Arkansas area, there is much to see, such as Lake Ouachita, Bathhouse Row in downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs Theme and Water Park, Pinnacle Mountain, Garvan Woodland Gardens, and so much more!
